Het meest essenti\u00eble is dus het communicatiesysteem. Om dit te doen, moet je de behoefte aan informatie identificeren en vervolgens de communicatielus tot stand brengen en onderhouden. Als een van de twee niet wordt opgelost, is het resultaat een communicatiefout, wat tot frustratie leidt.<\/p>\n<p>Als ik degene ben met de informatie, ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van wie er nog meer in het bedrijf op de hoogte moet zijn. Vervolgens moet ik de informatie doorgeven en ervoor zorgen dat deze goed is ontvangen en begrepen.<\/p>\n<p>Dat is precies wat Bod Davids, Isaac Getz en Brian M. Carney zeggen in hun boek Leadership without Ego. En Bill Gates was niet anders.<\/p>\n<p>Tegenwoordig zitten we echter tot de nok toe vol met informatie (die niet altijd nuttig is) en die wordt voortdurend op alle mogelijke manieren gecommuniceerd via nieuwe software die op soms ongecontroleerde manieren wordt ingezet. Het resultaat voor veel organisaties is dat op zijn minst een deel van hun informatie in een chaotische staat verkeert:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gegevens van die en die tijd staan op het bestandssysteem<\/li>\n<li>gegevens die de projectmanager heeft gedeeld staan waarschijnlijk op Dropbox<\/li>\n<li>op die en die tijd werden veel documenten gearchiveerd op SharePoint &#8211; sommige van deze sites zijn sindsdien gearchiveerd<\/li>\n<li>vanaf die en die datum werden plannen gearchiveerd in het ERP, maar ze werden niet onderhouden en veel ervan zijn nu verouderd<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De uitdaging van vandaag is dus om de vraag te beantwoorden:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Hoe gaan we ervoor zorgen dat informatiebronnen duidelijk en praktisch zijn, zodat iedereen toegang heeft tot de informatie die hij nodig heeft?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Het eerste wat je moet doen is de tools en hun gebruik, gegevensbronnen, lijsten, documentaire verzamelingen en informatiebeheer-, archiverings- en beveiligingspraktijken in kaart brengen. Dit staat bekend als een informatie-audit of mapping. Het resulterende rapport geeft een helikopterview van de situatie en identificeert de risico&#8217;s die samenhangen met het beheer en de communicatie van informatie binnen de organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>De volgende stap is om de belanghebbenden samen te brengen en te bekijken hoe deze risico&#8217;s samen kunnen worden beheerd door informatiebeheer te professionaliseren.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How are we going to make sources of information clear and practical so that everyone has access to the information they need?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2736,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"on","_et_pb_old_content":"<p><img alt=\"\" height=\"333\" src=\"\/CMS\/content\/images\/201909\/1920x960-bill-gates.png\" width=\"666\"\/><\/p>\r\n<p>L\u2019une des cl\u00e9s du succ\u00e8s des organisations repose sur le flux d\u2019informations entre les personnes.\u00a0 Du coup, la chose la plus essentielle est le syst\u00e8me de communication. Pour ce faire, il faut identifier le besoin d\u2019information, puis \u00e9tablir et maintenir la boucle de communication. Si l\u2019un des deux n\u2019est pas r\u00e9gl\u00e9, il en r\u00e9sulte un d\u00e9faut de communication, lequel entra\u00eene la frustration.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Si je suis celui qui d\u00e9tient l\u2019information, j\u2019ai la responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019identifier qui d\u2019autre dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 doit \u00eatre mis au courant. Puis il faut transmettre l\u2019information, s\u2019assurer qu\u2019elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien re\u00e7ue et bien comprise.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>C\u2019est exactement\u00a0 ce que disent Bod Davids, Isaac Getz et Brian M. Carney dans leur livre Leadership sans \u00e9go. Et Bill Gates ne disait pas autre chose.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, nous sommes cependant gav\u00e9s d\u2019informations (pas toujours utiles) et cela communique en permanence de toutes les fa\u00e7ons possibles au travers de nouveaux logiciels qui se sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re parfois incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e. Le r\u00e9sultat pour de nombreuses organisations est qu\u2019une partie au moins de leur information se retrouve dans une situation chaotique :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>les donn\u00e9es de telle \u00e9poque se trouvent sur le file system\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>les donn\u00e9es que le chef de projet a partag\u00e9es se trouvent probablement sur Dropbox\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00e0 telle \u00e9poque, on a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 beaucoup de documents sur SharePoint - certains de ces sites ont depuis \u00e9t\u00e9 archiv\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00e0 partir de telle date, des plans ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s dans l\u2019ERP, mais ils n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 maintenus et beaucoup sont maintenant p\u00e9rim\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Le challenge du jour serait donc de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la question :<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>Comment allons-nous faire pour que les sources d\u2019informations soient claires et pratiques afin que chacun puisse acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019information dont il a besoin ?<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>Premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire : une cartographie des outils et de leurs usages, des sources de donn\u00e9es, des listes, des collections documentaires, des pratiques de gestion, d\u2019archivage et de s\u00e9curisation de l\u2019information. On nomme ceci un audit ou une cartographie informationnelle. Le rapport qui en r\u00e9sulte procure une vue h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re de la situation et permet d\u2019identifier les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la gestion et la communication des informations au sein de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\r\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tape suivante sera de r\u00e9unir les parties prenantes et de voir comment g\u00e9rer ensemble ces risques en professionnalisant la gestion de l\u2019information.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[27],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4461","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-blog-nl"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
