An Archives and Records Management Professional

>> You will control electronic workflows, inventory and file plan, assess EIB records and ensure their accessibility, as well as provide support to end users.


>> University Degree in Records/Document Management (BAC+5)

Professional experience:

>> Strong experience in digital content management: organising file plans, setting up electronic repositories from the functional side, organisation of content structure

>> Strong experience in using the standards and principles of archiving and records management

>> Experience in using Records/Content Management tools (i.e. classification plan, management table, metadata management, etc.)

>> Familiar with business processes

>> Using archiving and document management standards practices (ISO 15489 or equivalent) and related procedures

>> Using Microsoft collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams) would be an advantage

>> Experience in reorganisation, decommissioning projects would be a plus

>> Familiar with OpenText Content Server: Practical experience with OpenText Content Server would be an advantage

Linguistic skills:

>> Fluent in French or English and a sufficient command of the other to be able to work in both languages interchangeably. Knowledge of any other EU language is welcome


>> Good interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment

>> Flexibility and adaptability

>> Use own initiative and can provide constructive feedback

>> Capacity and willingness to work in team environment

>> Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, integrity and commitment

>> Service and Customer Orientation

>> Ability to organize and prioritize workload

>> Ability to work reliably and accurately

>> Results orientated
