The contract covers some 20 European institutions, including the European Commission, the Council of the European Union, the European Parliament, the European External Action Service, the Court of Justice of the EU, the Committee of the Regions, the European Data Protection Supervisor and the European Ombudsman. Our consultants within the consortium will mainly work in Belgium (Brussels), Luxembourg (Luxembourg), France (Strasbourg) and, to a lesser extent, Germany (Karlsruhe), the Netherlands (Petten) and Italy (Ispra).<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the framework contract is to provide these institutions with expertise and advice on document, archive and information management, as well as technical and logistical support for archiving and digitisation work.<\/p>\n<p>The extraordinary framework of the European institutions provides access to a variety of unrivalled archives, from the collections of MEPs to the Commission&#8217;s audiovisual archives, immersing archivists in the heart of the process of European construction and policies, both past and present. It is also an opportunity to support them in their transition to a fully digital environment.<\/p>\n<p>Good information management, including archives, is at the heart of the consortium&#8217;s concerns, and our archivist consultants are particularly proud to be able to contribute to these missions alongside the teams currently in place.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><b>A consolidated collaboration between all partners<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The complementarity of the four partners \u2013 Numen Europe, Labgroup, Exquando and Eowin \u2013 provides the European Commission with a high level of expertise, broad geographical coverage and a proven capacity to deliver quality services over the long term.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Exquando\u2019s added value<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A member of the consortium since 2021, Exquando brings its specific expertise in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.exquando.be\/en\/solutions-iap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Information Asset Preservation (IAP)<\/a>, one of its three core areas alongside <a href=\"https:\/\/www.exquando.be\/en\/solutions-aec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AEC (Architecture, Engineering &amp; Construction)<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.exquando.be\/en\/solutions-eim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EIM (Enterprise Information Management)<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With solid experience working with several European institutions, Exquando relies on a team of more than 20 archivists already active under the current contract, who possess an in-depth understanding of the client\u2019s environment and procedures.
