GSK’s engineering teams were required to manage multiple construction and engineering projects simultaneously across multiple sites. The need to centralise and standardise the management and control of their technical documentation became essential.<\/p>\n

As part of the Princess Elisabeth offshore wind farm mega-project off the Belgian coast, Elia engineers called on Exquando’s expertise in document control to ensure document tracking and control.<\/p>\n

Since 2019, UCB has undertaken several major construction projects at its Braine-l’Alleud site. Faced with the proliferation of projects, UCB sought to centralise its document management to standardise methods and avoid time loss and additional costs.<\/p>\n

Equans collaborators produce and share numerous technical documents for their various engineering projects. They called upon Exquando’s Document Control as a Service to ensure document tracking and control.<\/p>\n

IMEC’s \u200b\u200bSEVESO site in Leuven has seen its technical projects and infrastructure grow rapidly. With this expansion in mind, the team managing maintenance and expansion wanted to standardise and optimise technical document management for greater efficiency.<\/p>\n

The teams of the STIB Infrastructure Department wanted to make an inventory and migrate their documentation and then adapt an existing collaborative space model for engineering projects to the Sharepoint Online environment.<\/p>\n
