Other important values \u200b\u200bare a sense of progress, humility and goodwill, and the quest for win-win relationships.<\/p>\n When a clan that is united by a pact shares common values, it will develop trust<\/b>, a true source of oxygen for social bonds.<\/p>\n Trust unleashes free expression and creativity. It generates the exchange <\/b>which will be the basis of collective intelligence and a learning organisation.<\/p>\n That’s when the best decisions are made.<\/p>\n The progress <\/b>will naturally flow from these better decisions.
